   New

   Settlement: per-host confirmation before lock

   End-of-season settlement now requires each non-zero-share host to confirm their line before the operator can lock. The settlement moves draft → proposed → confirmed → locked, with audit-logged transitions at every step.

   Co-hosts get an email with a portal link. They review revenue received, advances paid, and their computed net. One click to confirm. Once everyone has, you can lock.

   Multi-trip cost allocation

   Cost lines that span multiple trips can now be allocated by nights, by guest-days, equally, or with manual percentages. Allocations recompute automatically when trip durations change.

   Worked example: log a single villa cost for the whole season, allocation by-nights — per-trip P&L sees the right share without operator math.

   Guest portal: magic-link only

   We removed password sign-in for guests entirely. Guests now land in the portal via a magic link emailed per booking. No accounts to remember, no password resets at trip-time.

   Stripe Connect onboarding wizard

   New tenants can connect their Stripe account during onboarding via Stripe Express. We walk you through capabilities and currencies; you can start taking deposits within an hour.

   Capacity cap race condition under concurrent applications

   Two guests applying for the last seat at the same time are now resolved cleanly via a SELECT FOR UPDATE on the trip's capacity caps inside the booking transaction. The loser sees a 'just filled' message and is offered the next trip.
