    Lead applies

    Public application form on the trip page creates a Lead. You get notified. The lead lands in your inbox view with their context — source, age, trip-of-interest, notes.

  2. Step 2

    Convert to booking

    One click. The booking pre-fills from the lead. Set price (default or negotiated), currency, and the installment schedule (deposit % or a custom plan).

  3. Step 3

    Send payment link

    We email a Stripe Checkout link for the next installment. Guest clicks, pays, the booking moves to confirmed. No card data ever touches our servers.

  4. Step 4

    Record manual payments

    Bank transfers, cash, friend-paid-the-other-friend — log them with the right currency, FX, and 'received by' so settlement is accurate later.
