Pre-arrival ramp
From T-30, the portal nudges guests for the missing pieces: passport, dietary, emergency contact, waiver. You see live readiness on your dashboard.
Step 3
Arrival logistics
T-7 final logistics blast. One template, one click, all guests on the trip. Variables fill in dates, transfer details, what to pack.
Step 4
After the trip
Upload the photo bundle, set per-guest visibility, optional release date. Guests get an email; the portal shows the package.
