- No. Guest payments flow through your own Stripe Connect account. We never touch the funds. Standard Stripe fees apply (set by Stripe). On the optional Booking-fee plan, we charge 1.5% per confirmed booking — capped at €100. That's the only place we touch a transaction.
- Yes — 30 days, no card required, full Team-tier access. After the trial you pick a plan or stop using it.
- Zero subscription, 1.5% per confirmed booking (capped at €100/booking). Designed for operators who want to pay nothing upfront. Most operators above ~€7k/month in bookings save money on the Team flat-rate.
- Yes. Switch to Paused (€0/mo, read-only) for up to 4 months/year. Your data stays in place — when the next season starts, switch back.
- EU residency by default — Postgres, file storage, email all in EU regions. We're a GDPR-compliant processor; DPA is available for every plan.
- Always. CSV exports are available on every plan; the Pro plan adds an accountant bundle and API access. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
- Stripe does. We integrate with Stripe Elements + Checkout, so card data never touches our servers. Chargebacks land on the Stripe side; we surface them in the operator dashboard.
- Yes. One email, many workspaces. Switch between them from the workspace picker. Each workspace bills separately.
